As Mobility Management Assistant, Caitlin loves working with and advocating for people with a variety of disabilities to ensure that everyone has an equal opportunity to access the community and reach their goals. As a person with psychiatric and physical disabilities, she has experienced barriers and wants to help remove those barriers for others.
She holds bachelor's degrees in experimental psychology and criminology and criminal justice. She has her Master of Arts in Teaching from the University of South Carolina. She is also an advanced-year student in the Master of Social Work program at the University of South Carolina.

Caitlin taught high school social studies in South Carolina public schools for five years. She also worked as an Emergency Operations Planner with South Carolina's Department of Health and Environmental Control during the COVID-19 pandemic, working to create a call center where people could more easily access information about COVID-19 testing.

Caitlin enjoys spending time with her dogs and husband in her free time. She also likes reading and listening to audiobooks, sewing, and doing puzzles.
