Kimberly Johnson Fontanez has been with Richland County Court Appointed Special Advocate since March 2014 volunteering as a Guardian ad Litem. She is a graduate of Florence Darlington Technical College, Coker College, and a graduate of the University of Phoenix holding a Master in Business Administration. She has experience in claims management, quality assurance, accounting, auditing, grants management and a strong interest in the well-being of children. Kim is passionate about issues in healthcare, employment, quality assurance and education especially with the disabilities community.
