LaSonya Ray

LaSonya is the Director of Information and Referral for ABLE South Carolina, where she leads the organization’s efforts to connect individuals with disabilities to the resources, services, and support they need to live independently. With a strong professional background in service, program coordination, and community engagement, she brings both structure and heart to the I&R program. 

A published author, certified life coach, and lifelong advocate for empowerment through knowledge, LaSonya is known for her ability to make complex information accessible and meaningful for the people she serves. Her work is grounded in compassion, accuracy, and a deep belief in equitable access for all. 

Family is at the center of everything she does, and her commitment to community reflects that same spirit of care. Through her leadership, ABLE South Carolina’s Information and Referral services continue to grow as a trusted, welcoming resource for individuals and families across the state.
