Macy is a passionate Youth Transition Specialist at Able SC, where she provides Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) to students with disabilities across the Upstate. A Greenville native, she attended the South Carolina Governor’s School for the Arts and Humanities before earning her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Performance from Southern Methodist University in 2024. Macy brings both professional training and lived experience as a person with OCD, GAD, MDD, and dyscalculia to her work, grounding her advocacy in authenticity and disability pride. Since joining Able SC in October 2024, Macy has been dedicated to offering guidance and direction while ultimately ensuring that the youth she serves feel safe, seen, heard, and valued!

In addition to her role at Able SC, Macy works as a dance educator with Carolina Dance Collab. In her free time, she enjoys crocheting, yoga, exploring in nature, hanging out with family and friends, and loving on her two perfect cats.
