Matt Doran is an Independent Living Specialist passionate about supporting individuals with disabilities in leading more independent, fulfilling lives. He earned his Credentialed Employment Support Professional (CESP) certification in 2026 and brings experience from his previous role as an Employment Support Specialist with CarolinaLIFE, where he supported students with intellectual and developmental disabilities in finding employment and gaining real world work experience, while also assisting in the development of key employment skills.
Matt is a U.S. Army veteran who believes that everyone deserves equal access to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
