As the Executive Assistant, Renata provides high-level administrative support, manages complex scheduling, and ensures seamless coordination across teams and leadership. A proud New Yorker and lifelong New York Yankees fan, Renata relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina, six years ago. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the State University of New York at Potsdam (SUNY Potsdam) and has built a diverse career in administrative roles across both academic and corporate settings. Her experience includes serving as an office manager at Dartmouth College, assisting the director of a non-profit organization, and most recently, working in human resources at Publix Super Markets.

Renata is deeply passionate about animal welfare and has been a committed vegetarian for over sixteen years. She actively supports an animal sanctuary dedicated to rescuing pigs—her favorite animal. Her love for animals recently led her to adopt an adorable kitten named Juniper, who has quickly become the center of her world.

Music is another cornerstone of Renata’s life. A lifelong singer, she dreams of one day joining a band and sharing her voice with the world. She’s also an avid traveler, having explored Europe twice, and aspires to visit every continent and swim with whales.
