Register: Community Leadership Academy TRAILBLAZERS – For New & Emerging Leaders

Who Should Join?

We are especially interested in reaching people with intellectual, developmental, and other disabilities; family members; direct support professionals; and community leaders interested in leadership, communication techniques, disability rights, and community change. 

If you’re thinking,  “I don’t know where to start,” our Trailblazers Course is a great fit!

It’s made for people with little or no leadership experience who want to build confidence and foundational leadership skills. Participants explore strengths, communication, self-advocacy, meetings, community engagement, leadership opportunities, and complete a leadership project together.
