Introducing FLOW with Equip – a space where you can go with the flow. 

Every Thursday from 4-6pm, join us at the Able SC offices to enjoy a peaceful environment where you can do whatever you want, even if all you want to do is sit quietly! Our space is fully accessible, with calming lighting and music that helps everyone enter a flow state.
