Capacity Building for Inclusion is a partnership between Able SC, Santee-Lynches Workforce Development Board, and the Upstate Workforce Development Board. The project is funded by the SC Department of Employment and Workforce, with the goal to increase the capacity of local SC Works offices to better serve individuals with disabilities.

The grant will allow additional accessibility training and technical assistance for SC Works staff, training for employers in the area about hiring and retaining individuals with disabilities, and efforts to raise the community’s awareness of the services SC Works provides to individuals with disabilities.
