Every three years, disability-based organizations across South Carolina seek input to determine the shared priorities for the disability community.
Now is the time to share that input! We need you! It’s time to work together to make the lives of people with disabilities living in South Carolina better!
Do you have a disability? Tell us what it is like to live with a disability in South Carolina. We will use what you tell us to help statewide organizations improve and advocate for access for people with disabilities.
The survey should only take you 10 minutes to finish. The survey is 100% confidential. We will not ask for your email address or other personal information.
