Brittany Higgins Terry is a graduate of Columbia College with a BA in child and family studies. She set out to become an Early Interventionist but along the way became involved with advocating for public transportation. She sought support from Able SC as a consumer and later became one of the first three EQUIP Coordinators. She eventually became the Travel Trainer for The COMET and five years later, the Mobility Management Specialist. Now employed with Able SC as the Mobility Management Specialist through a Partnership with The COMET, Brittany strives to create a Central Midlands that considers mobility for all. In her personal life, She is a wife, pet owner and 'Momma Brit', as her stepson says it. She likes crafting, creative writing, and swimming."
